I'm thinking of going to Vigan. What would I do there ? Well I can go around on a kalesa ride. Or eat some empanada at the middle of the town plaza.
So what do you think, is it worth it going to Vigan ? When would the best time to go be ? Summertime, or would that be too hot ? Not on the rainy season though as I might not be able to go around...
